Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders carry an additional ₹40 charge. See our Shipping & COD Policy for details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Since we dispatch orders the next business day, email us at connect@tukoy.in as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch every order the next business day and ship via express courier. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days from dispatch, depending on how far your location is from Mumbai.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India from Mumbai.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking ID along with a link to follow its progress, and keep you updated as it moves toward delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Photo or video proof is required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at connect@tukoy.in within 7 days with your order number and photos or a video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including shipping — at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received your returned package, your refund is issued within 7 days.

Are your toys safe and certified?

Product safety matters to us, and we work to source BIS-compliant toys wherever possible. Certification status is listed on each individual product page — please check there for the specific toy you’re interested in.

Are Tukoy toys screen-free?

Screen-free play is at the heart of our core range — our toys are built around hands-on discovery, not screens. Any exceptions are noted clearly on the relevant product page.

How do I know what age a toy is suitable for?

Every product page lists an age recommendation. If you’re ever unsure whether a toy is right for your child, write to us at connect@tukoy.in and we’ll help you decide.
